OUR GITE
Situated in a small, tranquil hamlet on the outskirts of rural Surin on the border of Vienne and Charante, SW France. Le Rêve de Breuillac is a family only gite, with heated private pool and gardens. (We do not accept group/party bookings which is important to us and our community.)

Pool and Gardens
The pool (which can be heated by request) is 8m x 4m with a level depth of 1.5m with pool alarm. Also featuring a solar heated outdoor shower for pre/after swim rinsing.
Outside is a newly installed charging point for hybrid cars (please note French plug required).
The Barn has an outdoor kitchen with a gas bbq, fridge, spacious dining area.
Table tennis, boule, croquet sets .
Mature gardens backing onto open fields and spacious parking on private driveway.
4 sun loungers with umbrellas on poolside top terrace.
Dining area with table and chairs, also comfortable sofa area all on lower terrace accessed from kitchen/diner.
Kitchen
Renovated bespoke farmhouse kitchen, well equipped, with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, gas range style oven, microwave, cookware and tableware.
Tea-towels, oven-gloves, washing-up accessories and products are provided.
Dining Area
Spacious dining area for all guests with french doors leading to the terrace with outdoor dining, pool and gardens.
Sitting Room
Spacious and comfortable with smart TV, log in to your TV account or choose from a plentiful supply of DVD's.

Master Bedroom & Ensuite
Superking four poster bed, french doors leading to delightful front terrace with bistro table and chairs.
The ensuite consists of a large shower, bath, WC and 2 basins.
Bedroom 2
Spacious comfortable king size bed, bedside cabinets and chest of drawers.
The family bathroom consists of a seperate shower, bath and 2 basins. There is a separate toilet.
Bedroom 3
Spacious kids room, 2 single beds and day bed, bedside cabinet and wardrobe.

A security deposit of 200€ is payable at the time of final payment via seperate bank transfer, this will be returned within 7 days of departure if not required
A family destination, we do not accept bookings for parties.

A beautiful, well cared for home in a gorgeons setting. Quiet, secluded with the pool in direct sushine all day. A real oasis of calm and tranquility and such a bonus everything to be on one level, making our visit so much more accessible and enjoyable. We will definitely return.

Beautiful house and a beautiful garden with swimming pool. Kitchen is very well equipped and we also gratefully used the bbq in the garden. The owners are very friendly and helpful.
